Cancellation Policy

Guests are invited to consider an independent holiday insurance scheme. If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no show the total price of the reservation will be charged. Reservations made at on a Room Only or non-refundable promotional rates cannot be refunded and will be charged in full if cancelled at any time after booking. Spa Treatment reservations have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If a treatment is cancelled after this cancellation window, full payment for the treatment will be taken on the card provided to make the reservation. The Winter Dinner, Bed and Breakfast Escape rate can be modified up to 14 days prior to arrival. After this period the payment is taken and the full cancellation fee applies. Very occasionally we may need to cancel your Booking. In such circumstances you will be given a full refund but we shall have no further liability to you arising out of such cancellation. We will, however, use reasonable endeavours to try and re-locate any confirmed Booking cancelled by us to an alternative location similar in standard to the Hotel. If you accept any offered relocation no refund will be given.
