Non – smoking rooms Please note that all rooms are strictly non-smoking. Failure to comply with this will incur a minimum charge of £100 to cover cleaning costs; this will be debited from the credit or debit card used to guarantee the reservation. Reservations We can not hold reservations open without a credit/debit card guarantee. Arrival and Departure Check in time variable, dependant on event timings, see event co-ordinator for time and check out is 11:00am on the day of departure. Early check in/late check out are charged at £40 per room and are subject to availability. Payment We accept cash, BACS, credit and debit cards. Guest Consideration We politely ask guests to consider and respect the comfort of other guests during their stay. We may ask you and/or members of your party to leave immediately if we consider that your conduct or behaviour is inappropriate, likely to cause harm or discomfort to other guests or to our staff. In such circumstances no refunds will be given and we may seek to recover from you the costs of compensation we pay to others, costs associated with damage to property and any other charges, fees or levies that we may incur as a result of your actions. Fixtures and fittings Room keys must be handed to reception on departure. Failure to do so will result in a charge of £50 which will be taken from the credit/debit card used to guarantee the reservation. All room fixtures and fittings must remain in the same standard as at the time of your arrival. In case of damage, theft or soiled items, a charge will be levied and applied to the credit or debit card used to guarantee the reservation. Pets Holland Hall is proud to be a dog friendly environment, with some wonderful dog walks surrounding the hotel, the charge for each dog is £10 per dog per night. The owner is responsible for the dog and its behaviours. The dog may not be left unattended within the hotel or off lead when any of the public areas. The Pub is a dog friendly environment and we can provide water bowls within public areas for dogs, however we unfortunately cannot provide these within the bedrooms. A charge of £100 will be made to the card used to guarantee the reservation should there be any damages or soiling from the dog within managements discretion.
