All rates quoted are for room only per night and include VAT. Breakfast is an optional extra and can be booked and paid for on arrival the night before required. Payment for accomodation is taken on check-in. Our Restaurant and Bar within the hotel is Wilmington Brasserie which is a separate business. A tab can be set up for drinks and food but must be paid for at the end of the meal or evening. Our bar usually closes around 9pm unless we are very busy. Check-in is from 16:00 hours until 21:00 hours. As the hotel is closed until 16:00 hours, guests wishing to check-in before 16:00 hours (or later than 21:00 hours) are requested to contact the hotel before arrival. Please note that a surcharge of £20.00 per room may be applied to the final bill for early/late check-ins. Rates quoted are subject to amendment without notice and will be confirmed at the time of booking. We require credit card details valid for the dates of your booking to guarantee your reservation. If you are unable to provide a credit card, a deposit of one night's stay will be required. We take payment either by faster payments before guests arrive, or by credit card on arrival. We have no online payment facilities.
