TERMS & CONDITIONS Please check your confirmation straight away: it is the guest's responsibility to make sure all the details shown are correct. If there are any problems please get back to us as soon as possible. CHECK IN: Our check in time is 15:00 - 22:00. Please note that our hotel is not open 24 hours therefore we are unfortunately unable to accommodate any check ins after 12am. Please contact us on 01629 534888 before 9pm if you experience any unforeseen delays which may result in late arrival. For any urgent check in advice after 9pm, please call our onsite manager on 07710565633. CHECK OUT: Our check out time is 07:00 - 11:00. SPECIAL NOTES: We do not have a lift so please telephone if stairs are a problem. Our opening times/food service times may vary so please check our website for more details. It is the customers responsibility to check our opening/service times. We also advise the customer to make a restaurant reservation in advance if required during your stay. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed in any bedrooms or anywhere inside the building. Damage caused or cleaning required as a result of smoking in bedrooms will be charged a minimum of £100 Damages, Breakages & Unacceptable Behaviour: Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages or damage but we will send an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. This includes extra cleaning costs & loss of revenue, if we are unable to re-let your room the night following your stay. We also reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation if your unacceptable behaviour causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests. The management will levy a charge of £35 per person, per night against any reservations where occupants exceed the number of agreed adults to a given room type. We do not allow dogs in our hotel however they are permitted in our bar area.
