TERMS & CONDITIONS Please check your confirmation straight away: it is the customer's responsibility to make sure all the details shown are correct. If there are any problems, please get back to us as soon as possible. CHECK IN: Our check in time is 14:00 - 22:00. Please note that we are not open 24 hours therefore we are unfortunately unable to accommodate any check ins after 12am. Please contact us on 01629 534888 before 10pm if you experience any unforeseen delays which may result in late arrival. CHECK OUT: Our check out time is 07:00 - 11:00. SPECIAL NOTES: Unfortunately we do not have a lift meaning our bedrooms are only accessible via stairs. Please be aware that the stairs to our bedrooms are extremely steep so please take special care when accessing your room. Our opening times/food service times may vary so please check our website for more details. It is the customers responsibility to check our opening/service times. We also advise the customer to make a restaurant reservation in advance if required during your stay. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed in any bedrooms or anywhere inside the building. Damage caused, or cleaning required as a result of smoking in bedrooms will be charged a minimum of £100 Damages, Breakages & Unacceptable Behaviour: Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages or damage, but we will send an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. This includes extra cleaning costs & loss of revenue, if we are unable to re-let your room the night following your stay. We also reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation if your unacceptable behaviour causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests. The management will levy a charge of £35 per person, per night against any reservations where occupants exceed the number of agreed adults to a given room type. Unfortunately, we are not a dog friendly B&B, however they are permitted in our bar area. Thank you for booking with us at The Hurt Arms, we hope you enjoy your stay.
