We look forward to welcoming you to Ingleside. Check In We welcome guests from 3.00pm. If you plan to arrive after 8.00pm please let us know so we can ensure someone will be available to greet you. Check Out Check out is 11am so you can get the most of your stay with us. If you wish to check out later please inform reception. We charge £20.00 per hour for late check outs. Please note we use key cards for our rooms. If you do not return these on check out we will charge a replacement cost of £10.00 per card. Dining with us Breakfast is served in Téatro Bar & Restaurant between 7.30am and 10am Monday to Friday, and 8am till 10.30am at the weekend.. Téatro is also open Monday – Saturday for evening meals from 5.00pm till 11.00pm with the last table at 9.30pm. Please ask us to reserve a table for you as it can get very busy. When our Kitchens are closed, please ask us about nearby restaurants, we are happy to make a recommendation. We also offer Afternoon Tea in our Residents Lounge between 1pm and 4pm. Bookings are required. Residents Lounge Throughout your stay you can use our residents lounge where you can relax, maybe read a paper or enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Parking We regret that there is no dedicated parking available at Ingleside. We do have a drop off area directly outside the hotel for guests checking in. Opposite the hotel is the Beeches Road Pay and Display Car Park. This is free of charge 7 days a week from 6pm – 8am and all-day Sunday. At other times a small charge is payable. This is a cashless car park and payment is made via an app, Paybyphone. This can be downloaded prior to your visit. Smoking We are a non-smoking hotel (including vaping and e-cigarettes), apart from our designated smoking area in the garden. Any guest found to be smoking or vaping within the hotel will be asked to leave. A charge of £200.00 will be payable if you smoke in your room or any other part of the hotel. Payment We take credit cards details at the time of booking to secure your reservation and a pre-authorisation amount of £1.01 is tokenised and refunded immediately. Full payment of your room and any extras will be taken on check out. Please let us know if you have any special requirement so that we can make any necessary arrangements. If you are staying for a special occasion, we can arrange for those extra touches such as flowers, chocolates or champagne to be in your room on arrival. Please be aware Ingleside is a Grade II Listed Building and accommodation is over three floors. We regret that due to the listed status we are unable to provide an accessible room and we do not have a lift. If you wish to know more about our venue please do call us.
