Please check your confirmation straight away: it is the customer's responsibility to make sure all the details shown are correct. If there are any problems please get back to us as soon as possible. COVID-19 Pandemic: We are continuously monitoring and following the changes in recommendations and guidelines of the local governments and the local health authorities, to continue working towards providing the best service possible while safeguarding the safety of our guests and associates, within the requirements issued by such local authorities. Payment: The hotel reserves the right to take a pre-authorization on the credit/debit card for the first night to secure the booking. If the card has been declined, the hotel will try to contact the guest and reserves the right to cancel the booking if an alternative valid card is not provided. Full payment is required upon check-in. Any pricing errors that may occur on any booking websites will be brought to the customer's attention and rectified accordingly as per correct tariff and charged on arrival date. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed in any bedrooms or anywhere inside the building. Damage caused or cleaning required as a result of smoking in bedrooms will be charged a minimum of £150. We kindly request you to respect the law and abstain from smoking in the hotel. Designated area for smoking is available. Damages, Breakages & Unacceptable Behaviour: Please take care of our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages or damage but we will send an invoice for repair or make good if the damage or breakage is significant. This includes extra cleaning costs & loss of revenue if we are unable to re-let your room the night following your stay. No responsibility whatsoever is accepted in respect of theft, injury or disease to delegates or visitors, nor for loss or damage to property of any kind; less arising as legal liability for negligence by the hotel, or employees, or representative or agents. The management will levy a charge of £35 per person, per night against any reservations where occupants exceed the number of agreed adults to a given room type. Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Service animals that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are allowed at the hotel with prior arrangement, they are not subject to the policies and restrictions that apply to other pets or animals. Arrival: Guests may check-in at any time from 2.00 p.m.to 11:59 p.m.on the scheduled day of arrival, please let us know if you plan to arrive after midnight. Departure: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 11 am. Late check-out after this time can be requested subject to availability. **For Early Check-in and Late Checkout request please contact the hotel directly. Airport Transfer: The airport pickup service is available on request. Please contact the hotel directly for more information using the contact details supplied on your confirmation email. Parking restrictions: Parking restrictions apply from 9:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday. Please note it is public car parking around the hotel.Please speak with the receptionist when you arrive for the alternate options to park nearby the hotel. Note: Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
