Cancellation Policy

Bookings on our "Flexible" rates can be cancelled by midday two days prior to arrival – with no charge. Rooms cancelled after this time will be subject to a charge for the full accommodation charge. In the event of non-arrival, the full stay will be charged. Written confirmation of a cancellation needs to be received before or on midday two days prior to arrival. Third Party Bookings - For bookings made through an online booking platform (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia) or third-party travel professionals, please contact them directly – we have advised these companies of our cancellation policy and you should refer to their terms and conditions. Advanced Purchase rate/Deposits Bookings made on promotional, seasonal and advance purchase rates are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment for the above rates can be taken at any point prior to arrival. In the event of non-arrival, the full accommodation amount will be charged for except for group bookings (5 or more rooms) whereby different terms & conditions apply.
