Check in is available from 3pm - 8pm. Check in outside this time is by arrangement - please email or phone and leave a message. Payment for your stay is taken on arrival unless you have a prepayment booking. Full Breakfast is included in the price - unless you have booked room only accommodation through a third party booking agent. Check out is 10.30am on the day of departure. Dog stays are by arrangement only - there is a £20.00 charge for the stay and you will receive an email copy of our Dog Stay Document. We reserve the right to change room allocations based on availability. The maximum number of guests per room will not be exceeded. The guesthouse reserves the right to charge the full amount of the accommodation onto the registered debit/credit card on the day of arrival. The guesthouse terms and conditions supersede those of all booking agents in the case of a dispute. RATES Any pricing errors that may occur on any 3rd party booking sites will be rectified and brought to the customers attention & charged as per the correct guesthouse tariff on day of arrival.
