Cancellation Policy

Non refundable rates are non-refundable. Flexible rates allow the guest to cancel free of charge until 2 days (48 hrs) before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel within the 2 days before arrival. Group Bookings - guests will have paid 25% up front and will need to cancel one month in advance of their stay, otherwise they will lose their deposit.
