PLEASE BE ADVISED: RECEPTION FOR CHECK-INS HOURS RUN 16.00 - 21.00 !!! * CHECK-IN TIME STARTS AT 16.00: We cannot greet guests before 16.00 whether to drop bags or a car off, or check-in to rooms, without a prior arrangement made a minimum of 1 day before arrival. To arrive before 16.00, you must contact us to agree a fixed arrival time for a £10 surcharge, to have someone meet you earlier than our operational Reception hours. Guests from the night before can leave up to 10 AM, and then the room needs cleaning, so 11.30 AM is earliest we can offer an early check-in time. If leaving bags or car only, you must return for check-in within reception hours 16.00 - 21.00. * RECEPTION ENDS AT 21.00: NO LATE ARRIVALS AFTER 21.00 UNLESS BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT: After 9 PM the booking is officially no longer valid as it's after our operational hours. Late arrivals after this time are only possible if you contact us enough time in advance of arrival to be able to receive a door entry code, and room-finding instructions by email or text to let yourself into the building and find your own room by self service. Otherwise, without prior notice and the ability to receive instructions in time enough by email or text to access the building yourself and find your own room, after 21.00 we cannot give you access to the property. CHECK-OUT: Check-out runs till 10.00 AM: late check-out available only up to 12.30 midday and is only possible by prior arrangement, for an extra GBP 25.00, to be paid on arrival. * PARKING: Parking spaces are available for the overnight stay until time of checkout, and only for 1 vehicle per room, on a first-come, first-served basis: off-road in front of the building, or in a gated car park at the back of the property. We cannot reserve spaces in advance. Parking at the front is free for all vehicles. To park any vehicle larger than a car in the gated car park at the back, there is a surcharge of GBP 10 per night, based on availability. Parking is provided for 1 vehicle per room booked: to park 2 vehicles for 1 room, there is an extra GBP 20 charge to park the 2nd vehicle, whether at the front or the back. To continue to park the car after check-out time there is an extra charge of GBP 10 and only to park the car until 2.30 PM that day. There is on-street parking on the nearby side roads on single yellow lines only, weekdays after 17.00 until 9.00 in the morning, and all day at weekends: turn down Brandville Road off Station Road, then right again down Bellclose Road. For a Stay, Park and Fly to leave the car whilst away on holiday, please contact directly to arrange a package price. * CHECK-OUT TIME TO 10.00 AM: Late check-out by prior arrangement only, with a pre-paid late extra cleaning fee of £20 till 12.00. To check-out early, please leave key in room. We are unable to offer a formal luggage storage facility: Bags can only be left later than the 10.00 AM check-out by prior arrangement, for an extra GBP pounds 10 per person, only for that day, with further extension by agreement and agreed extra charges only. * GOOD RESTAURANTS NEARBY ON FOOT: great Indian and Italian, good Chinese (open till 23.00), Fish & Chips and a Griddle Diner, so don't feel the need to eat on the way to us! * BREAKFAST TIMES for Bed & Breakfast Rate (if you booked Room Only, it's +£10 per person for Full English) - last orders are 10 minutes before end of the shift: Weekdays, Monday - Thursday night: 7.00 - 8.30 Weekends Friday - Sunday night: 7.30 - 9.00. * PETS: we cannot accept any pets in our property at this time. * ADMISSION: we reserve the right to refuse entry or to eject any guest exhibiting anti-social intoxication by alcohol or drugs, showing rude or aggressive behaviour, or attempting to bring in unknown guests or more people into the room than allowed by the number for the type of room booked. * NO SMOKING: All rooms Non Smoking. £70 cleaning charge if smoking is in the room. * * PAYMENT POLICY: Bookings guaranteed by credit/debit card at time of booking, card details not kept after your stay. For flexible Cancellation Policy Rate: card may be charged a deposit at the time of booking. ** For Advance Purchase, Pre-Paid Rate: total cost for the whole stay is charged to card at time of booking. ** You authorise us to charge your card in case of cancellation as per our Cancellation Policy, non-arrival on check-in date, or room damage incurred during your stay, including smoking in rooms. ** Oakwood Bed and Breakfast Heathrow is a trading entity of Brooks (Gerrards Cross) Ltd.
