NO PRE-PAYMENT IS TAKEN FOR YOUR RESERVATION, THE FULL BALANCE WILL BE MADE UPON DEPARTURE. PLAN AHEAD:- South Queensferry is generally a busy area. Car parking can be found in “the Binks” on Rose Lane or the public cark under the Forth Rail Bridge. There are also on-street car parking spaces along the high street which are chargeable between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm. Please also be aware of road signage as a new one way system has been put in place. Our team are on hand to help with any queries, just call the main reception desk on 0131 331 1298. Please call our team to make any table reservations as availability cannot be guaranteed. Orocco Pier standard rates include a full breakfast. In case of emergency, would you require assistance to evacuate the building? If so, please contact us prior to your arrival, so that provisions can be made. Blue Light customers are required to show their work ID upon check-out to receive the 10% discount and must be quoted at the time of booking. Bookings T&Cs apply and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Terms & Conditions A debit or credit card is required to check-in. Apple/Android pay or pre-paid travel cards are not permissible for checking-in. These methods can however be used upon check-out to clear your balance. Check in time: 4pm until 11pm, if you are checking in later than 11pm please let our team know in advance of your arrival date. With regards to an early check-in, this will not be possible due to advance cleaning procedures, however we can hold your luggage at reception. Check out time: 11am, if you require any special arrangements please see a member of the management team. Guest Bills: All guest bills are payable on departure by card payments only. You will be ask to provide a credit or debit card on arrival for a pre-authorisation of your package amount. Damage/Missing Items: We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay (including specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave, including minibar items and toiletries. Room numbers: Specific bedroom numbers for the various room categories are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to change your allocated bedroom number within the selected room category. Please note, if your booking value is over £1000, you will be required to pay a 25% deposit at the time of booking. A member of the team will be in contact soon to arrange this.
