Cancellation Policy

A deposit of the first nights stay per room will be charged anytime after booking. unless by prior arrangement all tour operators and travel agents will have payment taken in full by card and are non cancelable If a booking is cancelled before 10.00am 72 hrs before the date of arrival, the deposit will be fully refundable. Where cancellation is made outside of these terms the guest will be charged for the full amount for the first nights stay. (apart from where the booking is made via an offer with custom cancelation policys please see bellow for details) The charge will appear on your bank statement as North Cornwall Inns Molesworth Arms Wadebridge which was a property we used to operate but now have no connecting to we cannot remove the name from our card machines we do apologise for this but the bank will not amend the machines.. The above terms and conditions apply to our standard rate first night’s deposit policy bookings which have a 48hr cancelation period with the deposit taken directly after booking as your contract of booking. These policy’s do not apply to our offers via booking.com and certain direct offers for example the Port Issac Passport which have their own custom Cancelation and prepayment policy’s and contract of booking applicable set via our own website and via booking.com of which some rates are 100% pre payable and non-refundable We are dog friendly with a charge of £20 per night per dog per room. For Xmas and Royal Cornwall show the rates are non cancellable no refundable These policy’s do not apply to our offers via booking.com and certain direct offers for example the Port Issac Passport which have their own custom Cancelation and prepayment policy’s and contract of booking applicable set via our own website and via booking.com of which some rates are 100% pre payable and non-refundable
