Covid 19 We are open for business. Payment must be before arrival. Phone 01235 528046 Restaurant will be 5 - 8.30pm Masks to be worn until seated in restaurant and bar. Social distancing rules in place. All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of the payment, and at the quoted tariffs. Breakfast is between 06:00 – 09:00 Tuesday to Friday and 07:00 – 09.00 Saturday, Sunday and Monday. No refunds will be made for breakfasts not taken. Check in is between 15:00 and 22:00. Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. During stays longer than two days a cleaner must be able to have access to the room between 10:00 and 15:00. Limited cleaning service please place towels in Shower cubicle if you require fresh. The Railway Inn cannot accept any responsibility or liability for loss or damage to a guest’s property or vehicles in the car park. We are unable to accept payment by cheque. Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances, but will be deductible from any claim for compensation arising out of cancellation or curtailment of the contract. If the deposit has been paid using a credit or debit card authorised account number, then any payment due owing to cancellation, curtailment or damage will also be made on this same account number by the Railway Inn. The card holder will be notified of any such transaction. The Railway Inn reserves the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is party to that contract cause any detriment to the hotel or to the well being or comfort of other guests. There is a travel cot that can be used in some of the rooms. Please enquire by phone. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, American Express and cash payments. Room key will be kept by yourselves until check out, please be aware that there is a charge for loss of keys so keep them safe.
