TERMS & CONDITIONS Please check your confirmation straight away: it is the customer's responsibility to make sure all the details shown are correct. If there are any problems please get back to us as soon as possible. SPECIAL NOTES: We do not have a lift so please telephone if stairs are a problem. Our restaurant opening times are as follows Monday 12.00pm - 8.30pm Tuesday 12.00pm - 8.30pm Wednesday 12.00pm - 8.30pm Thursday 12.00pm - 8.30pm Friday 12.00pm - 8.30pm Saturday 12..00pm -8.30pm *please ask on checking in as our restaurant closes at lunchtime when wedding ceremonies are being held. Sunday 12pm - 3.00pm We are a licensed premises for weddings, functions and events held in our function suite & marquee, please be advised we are very busy with weddings/functions most weekend and occasional week day evenings. Please check before booking if you require more information regarding our wedding/function dates. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed in any bedrooms or anywhere inside the building. Damage caused or cleaning required as a result of smoking in bedrooms will be charged a minimum of £100 Damages, Breakages & Unacceptable Behaviour: Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages or damage but we will send an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. This includes extra cleaning costs & loss of revenue, if we are unable to re-let your room the for night following your stay. We also reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation if your unacceptable behavior causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests. The management will levy a charge of £35 per person, per night against any reservations where occupants exceed the number of agreed adults to a given room type. We are a dog friendly hotel, we only accept well behaved dogs in our ground floor standard rooms, they are permitted in our bar area but not our restaurant. There is an additional charge of £5.00 per dog per night. Arrival Check in is between 3pm and 10.30pm, please let us know if you plan to arrive after 10.30pm. Whilst we try and have all rooms ready by 3pm there maybe occasions where, due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be some delay. The hotel reserves the right to change your room if circumstances dictate that the room is non operational and we cannot guarantee the room as booked but we do our utmost to facilitate the booking. Departure: Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 11am on the day of departure. Your bill for the accommodation and any extras or services taken during your stay is payable on departure. Departures after this time will be charged a fee.
