PAYMENT Non-valid credit cards that decline the payment and are not updated within the requested time-frame will result in cancellation of the reservation. 1) NON - REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS Full amount is charged and is non-refundable. 2) FLEXIBLE RESERVATIONS First night deposit on a credit/debit card. For Long stays 30% deposit is required. The balance amount, if applicable, is payable 7 days before check-in. Different deposit policy applies for: 2.1) LONG STAY - bookings 7 days and longer, please contact the hotel. 2.2) GROUP BOOKING - bookings of 3 rooms and more, please contact the hotel. 2.3) NON-REFUNDABLE bookings, full payment is taken at the time of booking. 2.4) New Years Eve - please contact the hotel FOREIGN CURRENCY: If using a non-british credit card, transactions will be made on the GBP hotel rate into your local issuing country's currency using the DCC (direct currency change). If you wish to be charged in British Pounds Sterling instead of the favourable foreign currency rates provided by our merchant, please contact the hotel before making the booking or write "charge in GBP" in the comments section of the booking. All amounts are inclusive of local taxes. We do not accept American Express. CHECK IN REQUIREMENTS Valid Passport / PHOTO I.D is required at check-in for every guest staying. The same credit card used to make the booking must be shown upon check-in. If someone else is paying, please email the hotel requesting the Credit Card Authorisation Form. The cardholder must sign our credit card authorisation form & email their photo ID matching the credit card name. CHECK IN is between 2.30pm - 11pm. You may store your bags in reception if arriving earlier. RHODES Hotel operates under two townhouses: the Main, and the Annex which is just around the corner. SMOKING & PETS Rhodes Hotel is 100% NON-SMOKING & No pets are allowed. Anyone who breaks this rule will be asked to leave, no refund will be given and a room cleaning charge of GBP 200 will be added to your bill. No smoking includes no e-cigarettes , no herbs and no tampering with fire safety equipment. DAMAGE & THEFT You will be charged for any damage caused to any hotel property. This includes additional cleaning required as a result of your actions and removal of our information welcome pack or any other hotel property. The hotel does not take responsibility for your personal articles in the Hotel. If you leave an item behind, it is your own responsibility to retrieve such item when you check out. VISITORS are not allowed into guests' rooms. They are welcome to wait for you in our lounge. Maximum number of people in rooms must be the same as number of people booked on the reservation. Should this policy be broken, you will be asked to leave the premises and no refund will be given. LOST KEYS are charged from £50 - £100. CHECK OUT is before 11am Any later, charges will apply at £10 per hour (£5 per 30 mins) until 1pm the maximum latest check out time. Late check out is subject to availability and must be pre-arranged with reception the day/evening before your departure. After check out, you are welcome to store your bags in reception until 10pm the evening of your check out day. Using photographs and video's taken in or outside the hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal.
