Terms & Conditions
A £50 per room non-refundable deposit is taken at time of booking. For bookings over 3 nights a £100 per room non-refundable deposit will be taken (exceptions to this are made to Special Interest holidays and the festive period)
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit is non-refundable so it is advisable to take out holiday insurance to cover you in case of cancellation. We understand that things happen, so if you do need to cancel your booking your deposit is transferable, and needs to be used within 6 months of the original arrival date.
If your cancellation is made within 2 weeks of your arrival date the full payment will be due unless we subsequently re-let the room.
