Terms & Conditions PLEASE NOTE - WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS. ALL PAYMENTS HAVE TO BE MADE BY CARD ON CHECK-IN. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CARD WITH YOU AND A FORM OF ID, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SELL YOU THE ROOM. - Check-in is from 3 pm & Check out is 11 am - All bookings made directly with us are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy & bookings canceled after 3 pm the day before arrival will be fully payable. If you have booked via agencies like Booking.com or Expedia, please check the policy of your reservation accordingly. -Bookings with more than 3 rooms, will need to give a 7-day notice in case of a cancellation, otherwise, the full amount will be charged. - Due to being a late-night venue & a nightclub room on weekends (Friday's & Saturdays) and bank holiday Sundays, YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO HIGH LEVELS OF NOISE when staying with us PAST 3 AM. - You can only make a booking if you are 18 years old or over. If you arrive at the hotel and are under 18 years of age you will not be permitted to stay alone. - Payment will be taken for on arrival to ensure that an express check-out is always permissible. - Please ensure you give reception your car registration when staying with us for complimentary parking. Therefore do not pay and display a ticket in your car. - If there is any damage in the rooms or any signs of smoking during your stay you will be fined £300 and unable to make reservations with us in the future.
