A booking will not be confirmed unless a valid credit/debit card number is provided. (no payment is taken until the end of the stay) In the event of a credit/debit card not being available payment in full will be required to confirm the booking. The booking is not confirmed until the funds have cleared. Please contact reception if you have any queries. Please be aware that we are starting phase two of our refurbishments. While we have scaffolding up there may be some disturbance between 8am and 5pm but we will do our best to keep this to a minimum.
