We endeavour to put people travelling together in the same room where this possible. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and and must be booked into private rooms. (Not to share with other guests). ALL LINEN IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. Customers must alert us in advance of any special needs or requirements relating to access or room facilities. We cannot guarantee to be able to meet your needs but will always endeavour to do so. Payment of any balance MUST be made on arrival. There are no exceptions to this. Cancellation at peak times will forfeit the payment for the whole of your stay and we advise all guests to obtain the necessary insurance to protect them against unforseen problems. Cancellation at off peak times should be made 48 hours in advance or one night's stay is forfeit. We reserve the right to charge administration charges for changes and cancellations to bookings. This is normally £5.00 but can vary. Late arrivals may be charged £5.00 per person after midnight. Arrivals with a number of persons less than the number of booked persons does not entitle you to any reduction in price. You should always notify us in advance and where possible some adjustment may be made to the balance owed. Additional numbers will be accommodated subject to availability. Wifi is provided free of charge. All Bedding is supplied for the price of the room. This includes sheet, duvet cover, duvet and pillow with pillowcase. Towels are supplied on request at a charge of £1 plus a returnable £5 deposit. Damage to property. Saucy marys Lodge will charge guests for wilful damage and guests should report any defects to the management within one hour of arrival .
