For cancellations or curtailments within 1 week of the start of your stay, we reserve the right to charge for the full cost of the accommodation if we are unable to relet the room. For cancellations between 7- 30 days before your stay 60% of cost of your stay will be charged if the room is not re let. For any cancellation we will do our utmost to re-let your room. This being the case, we will gladly refund your deposit once the room is re let. However, we strongly advise our guests to take out travel insurance against unforeseen cancellation. Cancellations must be communicated via e-mail. Failure to notify us of a cancellation will result in the full cost of the holiday being charged. This policy does not apply to bookings made by large groups, which will be handled on a bespoke basis.
