We are ready to meet you, but if you have any questions drop us a line! ***Car park entrance to right hand side of hotel (maximum height 1.9m)*** Your space is available from 3pm on day of arrival and you may leave your car until 1pm on day of departure. Taller vehicles can sometimes be accommodated, but if not available the driver is responsible for payment on street. Early check-in by prior arrangement for small fee. Check-out before 10.30am - Late check-out is not possible. Check-in anytime between 3pm and 10pm. We have double/twin/triple and adjoining single rooms available on request and our comfort family is suitable for 2 adults and 3 children, although we will accept adult groups. All direct bookings are pay on arrival and do include breakfast except Comfort Triple and Comfort Family room types (breakfast may be booked subject to availability and non-refundable payment in full will be taken at time of booking, booking can't be changed or cancelled). Breakage/damage is chargeable. No frills deals do not include breakfast, refreshments, toiletries or daily service. Bookings must be paid for using a valid credit or debit card or any other payment type specified, prior to or on arrival. If your booking was made through an agent, different terms may apply. Agents may offer deals with breakfast or room only and may be flexible (with cancellation) or advance purchase, (not flexible, no cancellation) and other deals. None EU guests - Full amount of booking or agreed deposit is Charged when booked or booking may be cancelled. When Your Booking is confirmed, a reservation number is given. This number should be retained for access to Your Booking details if cancellation or amendment is necessary. You may need to quote this reservation number when contacting us or the agent that you have selected in the booking process. Data about you is held securely and password protected. Your card information is encrypted and stored in the cloud, accessible only by limited staff members with security clearance. You have the right to access and update the personal information we hold about you. You can also choose when and how we communicate with you and can opt out of marketing messaging at any time. CCTV is in operation and footage may be kept securely on-site, this may be shared with relevant authorities. Smoking is not permitted within the premises, if the fire bell is falsely triggered, or fire bell sensors are tampered with you will be fined. We won't send marketing emails that are not relevant to your current booking, you may receive an offer directly from us up to 3 days after departure - this will contain a coupon code (if you are suspicious of any e-mail please don't click links contained within - give us a call to check if its genuine!)
