CANCELLATIONS (December 2020 & January 2021 (Excl Packages & Offers) -When cancelling more than 5 days before date of arrival, your non-refundable deposit can be carried forward to a future stay within 2021. - With less than 5 days notice, the deposit sum will be lost as 'cancellation fee'. - Where guests give less that 48 hours notice, ahead of the date of arrival, the balance will be due in full and payment will be deducted on cancellation. All deposits are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE, irrespective of individual circumstances. GENERAL TERMS Cancelling more than 10 days prior to arrival date - Simonstone Hall will hold your deposit to be redeemed against a future stay for a period of 6 months from the date of cancellation, to be redeemed against equivalent room night stays. Less than 10 days prior to arrival - Deposits are non-transferable. Within 48 hours of check-in date - full outstanding balance for the stay is due. Where a dining package has been booked and confirmed, the balance is due in full. 'No-Show' bookings are charged at the full outstanding balance. We highly recommend that you consider personal travel or booking insurance, as we are unable to amend these terms, irrespective of cancellation circumstances. DEPOSITS are taken (and redeemed) as a 'Room per Night' deposit. £100/room, per night, or total booking amount if less. Booking deposits may vary for Bank Holiday stays, events and special offers. For special offers & promotions, payment-in-full is required on booking, the full value of the stay is non-refundable and your booking is non-transferable.
