Cancellation Policy

FOR FULL TERMS AND COVID-19 CANCELLATION VISIT https://simonstonehall.com/terms-conditions/ GENERAL TERMS Cancelling Less than 10 days prior to arrival - Deposits cannot be transferred to new dates, but alternative guests. Within 48 hours of check-in date - full outstanding balance for the stay is due. Where a dining package (or other inclusion) has been booked and confirmed, the balance is due in full. 'No-Show' bookings are charged at the full outstanding balance. Early departures will be subject to the same. Charges, including the above, all items included as a package, eg dining costs etc. No dispensation is given for covid-related cancellation. BOOKING.COM & THIRD-PARTY BOOKING TERMS VARY. When booking through OTA sites such as Booking.com, guests are charged the full balance on booking. The stay is non-refundable and non-transferable. We always recommend booking direct for very best rates and terms, and to avoid commission costs. If booking through a third-party site, please contact the hotel directly to confirm your terms and room arrangements. We highly recommend that you consider personal travel or booking insurance, as we are unable to amend these terms, irrespective of cancellation circumstances. DEPOSITS are taken (and redeemed) as a 'Room per Night' deposit. £100/room, per night, or total booking amount if less. Booking deposits may vary for Bank Holiday stays, events and special offers. All deposits are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE, irrespective of individual circumstances. For special offers & promotions, payment-in-full is required on booking, the full value of the stay is non-refundable and your booking is non-transferable.
