Cancellation Policy

Cancellations If your reservation is cancelled up to 2 pm one day prior to the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled after 2 pm one day prior to the date of arrival or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation booking will be charged. To make a cancellation please email your request to: bookings@stagontherivereashing.co.uk. Group Cancellation Policy (applicable on bookings of 3 rooms or more) Group reservations can be cancelled, without charge, up to 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival. Reservations cancelled or amended within 8-4 weeks prior to the date of arrival will incur a penalty of 50% of the full stay, including tax. Reservations cancelled or amended within 4 weeks to the date of arrival will incur the full price of the reservation booking including any taxes.
