Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/non-arrival for bookings direct through us: in the case of cancellations received up to 12 hours prior to the date of arrival there is no charge, however any cancellations received within 12 hours prior to your arrival, there will be a cancellation charge to the equivalent of your first night's stay. Cancellation/non-arrival for bookings through third parties (Booking.com/Expedia): in the case of cancellations received up to 7 days prior to the date of arrival there is no charge, however any cancellations received within 7 days prior to your arrival date, there will be a cancellation charge to the equivalent of your first night's stay. Cancellation/non-arrival for large group bookings: in case of cancellation received up to 14 days prior to the date of arrival there is no extra charge, but the deposit will be 100% forfeited. 14 days prior to the stay, full payment is required; and after this period there is no refund in the case of cancellation. Change of booking details: reservations may be amended up to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, unless stipulated above. Where the Booking permits, any change to the arrival date, departure date or room type is subject to availability at the time the change is requested and may result in a possible rate change.
