Cancellation Policy

The cost of the stay will be deducted from the credit card used for the room booking for cancelations within 48 hours of the start of the stay. Cancellation Policies: Direct Bookings: In the event of cancellation within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival, the full charge of your accommodation shall be chargeable, at the confirmed rate as stated in the reservation confirmation. Third Party Websites: In the event of cancellation within 5 days or less, before your scheduled arrival, the full charge of your accommodation shall be chargeable, at the confirmed rate as stated in the reservation confirmation. No Shows: Guests who simply do not arrive will have the full accommodation charge billed to the Credit/Debit Card used to secure the reservation. Advance Non-Refundable Purchase Rates - A full, non-refundable prepayment is required at booking. No date changes will be permitted, and no refunds will be issued for cancelled reservations, no-shows, or early departures.
