Policy 1. Check in Between 15:00 and 22:30 - Check out by 11:00. 2. Children of all ages are welcome. 3. Pets are allowed with prior notice and is charged at £20 per pet as an additional charge. 4. Smoking is allowed in some of the open air areas. Please note that we do not have on site parking. Breakfast is not included in your room rate but we serve breakfast from 9am-11am at an extra charge Payment Conditions A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking. Full booking balance can be paid on departure. Payments by cash, and the following cards: Visa, Mastercard. Cancellation Conditions If a booking is cancelled less than 5 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
