Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Period: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within the specified cancellation period will not incur any charges. Cancellations made after the specified cancellation period will result in a charge equal to 100% of the total reservation amount. No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Early Departure: In the event of early departure, guests will be charged for the entire reserved stay. Group Reservations: Cancellation policies for group reservations may vary and will be communicated at the time of booking. Group bookings may require a non-refundable deposit. Special Packages and Promotions: Special packages and promotional rates may have specific cancellation policies that override the standard policy. Guests will be informed of any unique cancellation terms at the time of booking. Force Majeure Exception: In the case of events beyond the guest's or hotel's control, such as natural disasters or government-imposed travel restrictions, the hotel may waive cancellation fees. Documentation may be required. Cancellation Process: Cancellations must be communicated to the hotel via email. Guests will receive a cancellation confirmation and a refund, if applicable, within 5 business days. Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations will be processed in the original form of payment. Refunds may take 5 business days to reflect in the guest's account. Modification Policy: Modifications to reservations within the cancellation period are subject to availability. Changes in reservation dates may result in a rate adjustment. By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy. The hotel reserves the right to amend this policy, and any changes will be communicated to guests in advance.
