Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/non-arrival: If a booking has been made through our website or via our direct line, in the case of cancellations received up to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival there is no charge. However any cancellations received within 48 hours prior to your arrival, there will be a cancellation charge to the equivalent of your first night's stay. If a booking has been made with a service provider then there we must adhere to the cancellation policy which is set in place by that provider. Change of booking details: reservations may be amended up to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival.Where the booking permits, any change to the arrival date, departure date or room type is subject to availability at the time the change is requested and may result in a possible rate change.
