Cancellation Policy

Rooms can be cancelled up to mid-day on the day prior to arrival without any charge. Rooms cancelled with shorter notice will be charged for the first nights stay. Booking more than 3 rooms? Please note that we have a different cancellation policy for group bookings - you must let us know up to 14 days before if you are unable to attend your reservation. Any cancellations within 14 days of your booking date are subject to a charge of the first night's stay across all rooms from the head booker's card. Our cottages (Lyth and Winster) are let under different booking terms. A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. You must let us know up to 14 days before arrival if you are unable to attend your reservation. Any cancellations within 14 days of your arrival date are subject to a full charge for the entire stay.
