Cancellation Policy

No charge will be made if a booking is cancelled by 12 noon two days before the date of arrival. If your booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the cost of one night’s/the first night’s stay will be charged. No refund can be made in the case of a non-refundable booking, however if you cannot honor your booking dates please contact us immediately to make alternative arrangements.
