Room prices range from £26 to £120 depending on the size and time of year. You can check our latest rates with our booking button on rooms and rates page. Our rooms can be found advertised on a number of internet sites through out the whole wide world web because technology is a very clever thing. We get quiet days and busy days and we do therefore vary our rates a smidgen to keep up with supply and demand. We think our rates are fair, but obviously we have to compete with the big boys because sometimes they have very big arms that reach a long way. What we can guarantee is that our rates, live on our website, are the very best deal that you can get. We want you to book direct through us and it seams only fair that they should be the very best deal,these rates are also valid if you call us now on 01202 467903 We do have a two night minimum stay over the weekend, and a three night stay minimum stay over the bank holidays. if it's a one night stay that you are looking for over a weekend then the online booking page may tell you that we have no availability. We may be able to squeeze you in, so give us a call and we will try to help. We do ask for a a credit or debit card number to confirm your booking. If you need to cancel your booking with us, we will be sad but as long as you let us know 72 hours before the day of arrival then we will not charge you anything. if we get less then 72 hours notice then we will do our best to re-let your room, but if we can't, then you will be charged for your first night stay. Breakfast Breakfast is served in the Breakfast room from 8.00am till 9.00am Saturdays & Sundays. Parking The car park is at the rear of the hotel with parking for up to 6 cars. The road at the front of the bed and breakfast has no parking restrictions. Check-in & Check-out Check-in is from 4pm till 9pm, Check-out 10.30am Early check-in and late check-out is available upon request, but a surcharge may be applied Payment We accept cash, Credit card or Debit card, sorry but we don't accept American Express or cheques Smoking We operate a non-smoking policy throughout the building. If anyone smokes in a room or damages a room, in such a way that it effects the next person coming into that room, we reserve the right to charge for all the costs associated with the guests behaviour. Security and Personal Belongings While we do all we can to ensure that guests belongings are safe and secure at all times, we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage to guests property in the hotel building, car park and grounds. Pets We have a few dog friendly guest rooms. Pets are not permitted in the dining room. Dogs are £10 per dog. We have found that we have to repaint these rooms a little more often and there is a touch more cleaning to be done in the room. Please tell us if you or your dog cause any damage so that we can put it right before the next guest. Small things we don't charge for but we do charge for bigger things ( we will charge the card that your booking was made with if we discover unreported damage after you have gone) Please keep your dog with you and only leave it for short periods in room ie: to come for breakfast Damage Very occasionally guests cause damage during their stay such as leaving red wine, coffee and other stains on the bed linen or carpets. We reserve the right to charge for any cleaning or replacement costs.
