Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations should be given in writing via email or post. Acknowledgement of your cancellation will be sent via email or post if you do not receive this then your booking has not been cancelled. *Up to 2 Weeks’ notice: We will either hold your £50 deposit for an alternative date or refund it. 2 to 1 Weeks’ notice: Loss of £50 deposit. 1 Weeks’ notice: Full rate of entire booking will be charged. The £50.00 deposit will be deducted from any cancellation charges. However, if we are able to resell your room we will be happy to refund the full amount. *New Year's Eve Bookings The package will be charged in full at time of booking. There is a 28 day cancellation policy, if you cancel after this time then we will retain the prepayment as a cancellation fee.
