All room reservations include a reservation for dinner at The Whitebrook, please advise preferred time for dining at time of booking. If your preferred dining time is not available we will allocate the closest available table. Dinner Service is 7pm - 8.00pm. Please note our maximum table size is for 8 persons. A £50 deposit* will be charged at the time of booking. No further charge will be taken against your card unless you cancel or fail to arrive and we are unable to re-let the room. *We are currently having our system upgraded, there may be a delay in deposits being taken at this time. Check-in is available from 4.00pm on the arrival date. Please let us know if you are likely to arrive after 11pm. Check-out is 11am. Breakfast is served between 8.30am and 9.30am No Pets allowed. The Whitebrook has a no smoking policy in its bedrooms and restaurant. We require full payment of your stay upon departure. We accept payment by cash, credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex) Vouchers - please present your physical copy or have the voucher code available on arrival Room prices are per room, per night including dinner in the restaurant and are inclusive of VAT. Rates vary depending on length of stay, midweek/weekend and time of year. You will pay the room price as quoted at the point of reservation. Note that quoted room prices at The Whitebrook may change up to the date of your arrival. The Whitebrook Restaurant with Rooms reserves the right to pre-authorise guest credit/debit cards at the time of check-in
