Cancellation Policy

Being a small independent Hotel, our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival, 14 days if three or more rooms have been booked and at least 28 days when all rooms in the hotel are booked (there may be separate conditions . Payment in full will be required for cancellations of less than 7 days unless we are able to re-let the room(s). The deposit of £60 is non-refundable in any event. We recommend that you take out travel insurance which provides cover in the event of cancellation as we are unable to carry the cost of insuring for this. Breakages, Spillage, Loss and Damage - We reserve the right to charge for the cost of making good any breakages, spillages, loss or damage, including cleaning costs and/or the cost of repairing or replacing any missing or damaged items. Please note, any booking made via an Online Travel Agent (OTA)/third party may have separate terms. These are clearly stated on the corresponding website/ and on your booking confirmation email from the OTA/Third party AND ourselves. Where there is a discrepancy, our policies prevail.
