Our spacious double rooms are Ardennes, Cob and Shetland - all are named to represent different breeds of working horses, celebrating our relationship with the Shire Horse Centre next door. All our rooms include luxury, newly refurbished en-suites with a shower over the bath (except Cob, which is a walk in shower), televisions, tea and coffee making facilities and a comfy bed to rest your head after a busy day.

All our double rooms come with a king sized bed.

All our rooms include a delicious home-cooked breakfast as standard.

If you have a preference of room, simply call us prior to arrival and we will happily place you in your preferred room if available.

All of our rooms are based on the first floor of the building, due to the age of the property there are no lifts up to the rooms.

Our twin room, Suffolk Punch, is named after the oldest of Britain's heavy breeds of working horses. The perfect place to stretch out after a busy day with plenty of room to accommodation for two people. Suffolk Punch includes an luxury, newly refurbished en-suite with a walk-in shower, television, tea and coffee making facilities.

This room is also available with the bed made up as a super king size.

Views of the lake with amazing sunrises from the bedroom. This room is also split level.

Our comfortable king rooms are Shire, Clydesdale and Percheron - all are named to represent different breeds of working horses, celebrating our relationship with the Shire Horse Centre next door. All our rooms include luxury, newly refurbished en-suites with a shower over the bath (except Percheron which is a walk in shower), televisions, tea and coffee making facilities and a comfy bed to rest your head after a busy day.

The Clydesdale comes with a king size bed whereas the Shire and the Percheron can be either a twin or super king bed, with an option for an additional pull out bed suitable for a child (for an additional charge).
