Credit Card Details Payments (if taken at the time of booking) are taken via Secure Trading’s payment network or by Barclaycard on behalf of Judo Pay which has an unrivalled uptime record and sophisticated security inbuilt as standard. Secure Trading and Judopay’s payment gateway sits between our website and bank and encrypts all credit and debit card data and ensures that the information cannot be read by anyone else. Terms and Conditions Prices All rates quoted per room per night and are inclusive of VAT and service. Credit Cards Your card details will be used to guarantee your booking and authorisation taken to cover the cost of the stay. In the event of cancellation the credit card will be used to cover the cancellation fee (see below). In some cases prepayment will be required prior to arrival Arrivals and Departures Check in is from 14:00 Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 10:00. After this time we may store luggage for you should you wish to continue using the hotel facilities. Cancellations Rooms can be cancelled up to 24hrs prior to arrival for full refund. Rooms cancelled with shorter notice will be charged for the first nights stay. Should the need arise please cancel directly by calling the hotel. Insurance You are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment or loss of baggage, personal effects and money. Dogs For Health & Safety reasons, our Hotel operates a no pet policy. Car Park Parking, where applicable, is free during your stay on a first come, first served basis.
