Terms & Conditions

Arrival & Departure: Bedrooms will be available for use from 15:00 onwards. Rooms should be vacated by 10.30am on the day of your departure. Parking: There is limited on-site parking at Beadnell Towers, on street parking is also plentiful around the hotel. Booking Terms: Online or over the telephone bookings must be secured with a 100% non refundable deposit, charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be settled on departure. The Beadnell Kitchen: Our restaurant and bar, is open to non-residents as well as residents and is very popular. Please book your table in advance to avoid disappointment. Due to everything being cooked to order, we ask you to choose a time slot. Whilst there will be a table for you we have to limit the amount of people we seat at any given point. If you have any particular time that you prefer to have breakfast at please let us know as soon as possible. Timeslots are allocated on first come first serve basis. Dogs: Dogs are only allowed in designated rooms and there is a fee of £25.00 per dog per stay. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the rooms and are not permitted in the restaurant however are allowed in the bar where we also serve our full menu and breakfast. Please note our pet friendly rooms are strictly Pairock, Hen-Cree, Beeld, Faad and Harberance. Dogs are not permitted in any of our other rooms and if you fail to notify us that you are bringing a dog and book a non-pet friendly room we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without notice. Cancellations: Bookings can be cancelled up to 7 days* before 15:00 on the day of check in without additional charges payable. *Please note this is for bookings made direct with the hotel only. If you have booked via a third party website such as booking.com, expedia etc. you are subject to their cancellation policy which is outlined at the time of booking. The 7 day policy will not apply. Bookings cancelled less than 7 days of check-in will incur a charge of 100% of the booking total. Failure to arrive for your booking will incur payment of the full amount of the reservation which will be charged to the card details used to secure the original reservation. For bookings with a non-refundable deposit, the deposit may be used against a future stay if taken within 6 months of the original reservation date. If you can’t come because of COVID related illness or self-isolation period, then your deposit is transferable for 12 months of the original reservation date. Independent holiday insurance: Guests are invited to consider an Independent Holiday Insurance scheme. Settlement of Account: Settlement of your account is payable by cash or card on departure. No Smoking: For the comfort and safety of all guests, we are an exclusively non-smoking establishment. In the event of any guests being caught smoking in Beadnell Towers, a surplus charge of £100 will be added to said guest’s bill to cover the cost of any cleaning needed. In the event of the fire alarm being triggered by a guest smoking in Beadnell Towers, an additional charge of £100 will be added to said guest’s bill to cover the cost of the fire brigade call out. Damage to Beadnell Towers: We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless acts of guests to the hotel’s property or structure. If such damage is discovered during the stay it will be drawn to the guest’s attention but if discovered after guests have departed then we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the costs for payment to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that guests would incur to a minimum. Liability: The liability for guests for their account is not waived and guests agree to be held personally liable for any charges incurred during their stay. In the event of a booking for more than one room (a group booking) the lead or registered guest (the lead guest) providing credit/debit card details is personally liable for any person, group, company or association that fails to pay all or part of such charges.
