Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: ​ - We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract whether in writing, email or by telephone between the guest and The Feathered Nest Inn. - Any cancellation or breach of contract will be charged for in full unless a cancellation request is received in writing 72 hours prior to the arrival date. - An administration charge of £35 (per room, per night) will apply if you amend or cancel your booking after it has been confirmed by us. - No shows will be charged the full price of the accommodation booked and confirmed. We will use the e-mail address you have provided to The Feathered Nest to send you the confirmation of your booking and any other necessary correspondence relating to your present or or any future bookings. We may also send, from time to time, information about our upcoming events and updates of our services, restaurant and accommodation. A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to the final F&B bill.
