Cancellation Policy

If the booking is cancelled more than 48 hours before check-in at 3pm there is no charge. Please ensure receipt of any requested cancellations before this deadline. Less less than 48 hours before check-in the charge is the first night stay. No shows are charged in full. Exceptions: If you are booking 4 or more rooms, we reserve the right to charge the first night on booking, For 4 or more rooms we reduce the free cancellation period to one week, and for 8 or more rooms we reduce to 2 weeks.
