Cancellation Policy

For our flexible rates, we take 50% deposit at the time of booking. Full refunds will be given for cancellation of bookings provided a minimum of 48 hours notice is given. All non-refundable and promotional bookings at Port Hotel Eastbourne require full pre-payment at the time of booking. However, bookings made on these rates cannot be refunded for any reason. There may be additional terms and conditions specific to each promotional offer and these are clearly shown in the booking process. Very occasionally we may need to cancel your booking. In such circumstances you will be given a full refund but we shall have no further liability to you arising out of such cancellation. We will, however, use reasonable endeavours to try and re-locate any confirmed booking cancelled by us to an alternative similar standard hotel. If you do not check in on the scheduled day of arrival (or cancel without the appropriate notice), we reserve the right to cancel any remaining nights on the booking, unless you request otherwise.
