Refundable Damage Deposit Damage deposit from £50.00 per person is required on arrival at the apartments. (The total amount of deposit varies depending on the size of the group, date of the booking and length of stay). The deposit will be taken as a sale on check in and then refunded after checkout as long as there has been no damage to the property and the terms and conditions signed on arrival have not been breached. We do not accept cash deposits under any circumstances. If you have booked to stay and do not have an acceptable card for the damage deposit, you will still be charged for your reservation. Please note that at least 50% of guests in one apartment must be 21 years and over. Only guests included in the booking are permitted into the apartment. Check in and Out Our reception is located at our sister property, Chavasse Apartments, which is just a 3 minute walk away. The address to come to check in with us is 19-21 Lydia Ann Street, Liverpool, L1 5BW. Our reception is open 24 hours a day and our guests can check in from 3pm. Check out is 10am. York Street Studios has a keyless operating system. Front entrance and apartment codes are given upon arrival and are valid for the length of the stay. Late Check out We do not offer extended checkout or complimentary late check out. Late checkout of the apartments is chargeable at £20.00 per hour after 10am on the day of departure. The charge will be deducted from the security deposit. Early check in We do not offer this service. Guest Identification The lead booker is required to show photo identification and credit card upon check-in. All other guests in the apartments are to give their names. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Noise Pollution Policy This property is situated in a residential area and we operate a strict no noise pollution policy, outside of the apartment walls. Any breaking of the house rules or noise complaints can result in additional charges being made or security deposit being retained. Smoking: York Street Studios is strictly none smoking. Any guests who are found to be smoking, or any evidence of smoking, in the apartments will result in the security deposit being retained. Extra Guests CCCT 24hr Monitoring with Voice activation If any extra guest are found in the apartments other than the number that have booked and paid to stay then the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. CCTV & 24hr security We have 24hr security and during the hours of 10pm to 8am we have hourly security check to all the apartments. CCTV is activated on movement and cover the main door and corridors to the apartments. Please be advised we have a fire exit door situated in studio 2 Tiki area, anybody using this for entry and exit purposes will have their deposit retained. Complaints procedure for adjoining occupiers Chavasse apartments reception is manned 24 hours a day with our mobile security unit on duty from 10pm to 8am. Please respect our building, your neighbours & our house rules. Failure to adhere to our rules will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
