Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy (up to 5 rooms) Our cancellation policy for up to 5 Rooms is 48 Hours prior to arrival. Should you wish to cancel a booking, you must telephone the hotel directly, and you will be provided with a cancellation reference number. (For group bookings 6 or more rooms please refer to our group booking policy) Group Bookings (6 or more rooms) Please note that 6 or more rooms require a 30% non refundable deposit of the booking value. Any cancellations or amendments must be communicated to the hotel no later than 1 month prior to arrival, any cancellations or amendments made after this time will result in the full charges for the booking being applied.
