All rooms booked on our non-redundable rate are payment upon booking and there is no refunds on these bookings in the event of cacnellation. All rooms booked on our flexible rate can be cancelled or amended free of charge up until 24 hours of arrival. Any cancellations within 24 hours of arrival or no-show for accommodation booked will result in the first night of the booking being charged to the debit/credit card used to confirm the booking. The hotel operates a strict ‘No-Smoking’ and 'No-Vaping' Policy. Pets are not allowed at the hotel.
