ROOM RATES Rates are per room including continental breakfast, varying from £130-£170 including VAT. We do not offer a single occupancy discount BEDS Room configuration varies from twin singles, doubles and family (two interconnecting rooms) with one bedroom being located on the ground floor level, and all others on the first floor (we do not have a lift). A fold out bed (for children aged up to 12 years) is available for £50/night and travel cot is available free of charge on request, please email us to arrange this. CHECK IN & OUT Guests may check-in between 3pm & 9pm on the day of arrival, with check out no later than 11am on the day of departure. Pre-booked early check-in may be available on request but cannot be guaranteed, so do please contact us if you would like an early check in. WE REGRET THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMODATE CHECK-IN AFTER 9PM. DINING WITH US (BOOKING RECOMMENDED) Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary requirements. If you wish book a table in our dining room, you can do so online via our website at www.thebellramsbury.com, or call us 01672 520230. GROUP BOOKINGS For bookings of 5 or more rooms on the same night a 50% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking. The balance is to be settled no later than one week prior to arrival date. No refunds will be given after this time. DISABILITY NOTICE: The Bell is an old building that has been enlarged many times over the years. During recent renovations disabled access has been improved throughout The Bell with most of the ground floor on one level. We have no accessible toilets at present. Please call us to discuss any accessibility requirements you have and we will be delighted to help as best we can.
