Damage Costs The Hotel reserves the right to apply damage costs in the event of necessary deep cleaning, replacements, missing appliances or repairs of damage to the room after you have vacated. Night Staff The night porter is on shift from 12am-6am. If you require assistance or in case of an emergency, please call the night porter on 07721371003. Non-smoking We operate a no smoking policy throughout the venue. Pets Pet owners are responsible for damage to guest rooms or public areas. Pet owners are responsible for noise disruption experienced by other guests during their stay and will be charged for any refunds or damages incurred because of their pet’s behaviour. An additional night’s room charge will be applied should additional deep cleaning of your room be required. Service Charge PoP places a discretionary service charge to all food and beverage charges made during your stay. Travel Insurance In case of unforeseen circumstances that may result in the need to cancel your trip, we highly recommend our guests to obtain a personal travel insurance.
