Cancellation Policy

DIRECT BOOKINGS We take 1 night’s deposit per room at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We require 2 days’ notice, prior to the arrival date, to refund your deposit. With less than 2 days’ notice the deposit will be forfeit, this includes no-shows. RESERVATIONS VIA ONLINE TRAVEL AGENTS (E.G.
