We do not allow smoking in any of our guest rooms. Superfast WIFI is available in all areas of Frasers and is free of charge for guests to use. Check in is between 4pm and 7pm, unless prior arrangement has been made with Frasers before the time of booking. Check out from your room is at 10am. Charges are made for late check out. No pets are allowed. Please be advised that we do not allow children under 12 in our restaurant at night. We do not allow children to stay in our guest house, including babies. Restaurant bookings are required in advance as tables are not reserved for residents. Please be advised our restaurant is closed on a Sunday Evening, and all day Monday and Tuesday. Breakfast is not included in the rate of the room, if you would like to reserve for breakfast please do this in advance of your reservation. Normal hours of operation Our restaurant is open during the following hours Breakfast 09:00-10:00am - Daily Lunch - 12:00 - 14:00pm - Tuesday to Saturday Afternoon Tea - 13:00-16:00 - Tuesday to Sunday Evening meals - 18:30-21:00 - Wednesday to Saturday Sunday Opening times 08:30 - 20:00 We would ask you to download the following app which will give you all the information which would ordinarily be in your room. https://hub.touchstay.com/guest/uI7jIkKBIWSSp/ Please be advised we DO NOT have any EV charge points at Frasers. If you need to charge your vehicle whilst at Frasers there is a charge of £30.00 per charge for this facility. Do not charge your vehicle via any sockets in your hotel room, please ask a member of staff to assist you.
