Enjoying picturesque views of the beautiful Scarborough Coastline, Sea View is situated at the opposite end of our courtyard to Castle View.

Sleeping up to four people, each of the bedrooms has been modernised with a nautical twist whilst retaining the original oak ceiling beams. The first bedroom has a king-size bed whilst the second offers twin beds which can be easily converted into a super-king.

The French patio doors in the kitchen/lounge/diner allow guests to enjoy a meal or a cup of Yorkshire tea whilst taking in the sea views.

Shower over bath facilities are also available in Sea View

Cots and high-chairs are available upon request. Unfortunately,we cannot allow pets in this cottage.

Nestled in the corner of the courtyard (next door toSea View), Stable is the perfect cosy retreat for two offering a king-sized bed and luxurious décor.

A modern granite kitchen adjoins the lounge/diner and an en-suite bathroom with P-shaped bath and shower over bath plus modern appliances completes this single-storey cottage.

Guests can also take advantage of our ample seating in the courtyard to enjoy panoramic views of the Scarborough coastline.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in this cottage. Please note this cottage is only suitable for 2 people. Due to space we are unable to accommodate cots/high chairs.

Forming part of the original farmhouse, Seascape cottage stands proudly behind our courtyard with wonderful views of both Scarborough Castle and the surrounding countryside. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen and next door a lounge/diner with modern furnishings making for a cosy yet comfortable break.

Upstairs our guests will find two bedrooms; a double and a twin room plus a newly refurbished bathroom complete with shower over bath.

A stair gate is provided in this cottage for younger children. Cots and highchairs are available upon request. Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in this cottage.

Offering beautiful views of Scarborough Castle and the Scarborough coastline, this popular single storey cottage provides an ideal retreat for guests to enjoy.

Castle View is situated in the main courtyard, opposite Sea View, and includes a well-equipped kitchen (with fridge/freezer and a dishwasher) adjoining a lounge/dining area.

The French patio doors frame the idyllic view, enabling guests to experience what the area has to offer from the comfort of their seats, be it inside the property or at the seating area right outside.

Leading from the hallway there is a double bedroom with views of the countryside. There is also a spacious twin bedroom (which can be made into a super-king if required), ample room for a cot and also a bathroom with shower over bath facilities.

Cots and highchairs are available upon request. Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in this cottage.

Situated in the rear right-hand corner of our courtyard, Mill cottage can cater for six people in a choice of three bedrooms all on one level; a double and two twins (which can be converted into super-kings).

From the bedrooms, guests can enjoy views over our lawned areas and also surrounding fields and from the living/dining room you can also take in the scenic Scarborough coastline. From the modern kitchen you can look over our grounds and swimming pool.

The main bathroom is complete with a shower over bath and there is also a separate WC in addition.

Tucked between Haybarn and Mill cottages at the rear of the courtyard, Granary cottage is situated over two levels and can sleep up to five people.

On the ground floor level, a modern open plan kitchen/lounge/diner complete with modern appliances, granite surfaced-kitchen and oak dining table. Large restored oak beams sit proudly above providing a warm yet cosy cottage feel. A WC completes the downstairs.

Upstairs, our guests will find three bedrooms; a double, a single and a twin (which can be arranged as a super-king) alongside a modern bathroom with shower over bath. Gorgeous views over both the Scarborough coast and castle plus the surrounding fields and swimming pool can be enjoyed throughout Granary cottage which is a welcome treat for many of our guests.

The largest of our nine cottages, Haybarn sleeps up to eight across three bedrooms. It can be found on the “back row” of our courtyard between Granary and Stable.

With restored oak beams throughout and modern décor, Haybarn is the ideal cottage for larger families or groups of families. The downstairs lounge with a large L-shaped sofa offers enough space for everyone to gather with the popcorn and put a good film on!

The lounge leads to a dining room with a large oak table which can seat up to 10 people. The separate kitchen is situated just off the dining room, with modern appliances including granite worktops, a fridge and freezer plus a dishwasher. There is a walk-in shower and toilet downstairs.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms –two of which have twin beds which can easily be made into super-kings. The third bedroom is a family room with four singles or two singles and a super king depending upon your preference. There are shower over bath facilities upstairs.

A modern kitchen/diner complete with granite worktops greets you upon entry with a separate lounge adjoining.

Cots and highchairs are available upon request. Pets are welcome in this cottage at an additional rate of £10 per pet per stay.
