Your Stay

Room 2 is a smaller, side facing (no view) double room situated on the ground floor. It has a double bed with small ensuite shower (65cm) and toilet. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided, there is also a fridge, smart TV and Wi-Fi in the room. Please note, whilst the room is located on the ground floor there are 2 steps into the corridor and 2 further steps to the room.

Room 3 is a compact twin room with a large bay window overlooking the rear street. It has two single beds and ensuite with shower and toilet.
Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. There is also a fridge, smart TV and hairdryer in the room. Please note, whilst the room is located on the ground floor there are 2 steps into the corridor and 2 further steps to the room.

Room 4 is a smaller, side facing (no view) double room situated on the first floor. It has a double bed with small ensuite with shower and toilet. Please note there the ensuite is accessed down a couple of steps. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided, there is also a fridge, a smart TV and Wi-Fi in the room.

Room 5 is a spacious family room with a recently refurbished ensuite including shower and toilet. The room which sleeps 2 adults and 1 child with a double bed and a single day bed. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and there is a fridge and smart TV in the room. The room has large sash windows and overlooks the rear street.

Room 6 is a large room with double bed and a spacious, new en-suite shower and toilet. The room will sleep 2 adults. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and there is also a hairdryer and flat screen TV in the room. The room is located on the 2nd floor and there are two flight of stairs up to it - there is no lift.

Room 7 is a gorgeous single room with a double bed and balcony offering fabulous views over Weymouth Bay The room benefits has en-suite facilities as well as a desk with tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer and flat screen TV in the room. This room is located on the 2nd floor there are 2 flights of stairs to access it - there is no lift.

Room 8 is a newly refurbished room with large en-suite and balcony, making a spacious room. It has fabulous sea views across Weymouth Bay. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and there is also a fridge and a flat screen TV with FREEVIEW in the room. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift).

Room 10 is a spacious, triple room, overlooking the rear street with en-suite shower and toilet. The room is newly refurbished and has a double bed, a single bed and relaxing seating area with a sofa . It comfortably accommodates 3 adults or two adults and 1 child. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and there is also a fridge and a flat screen TV. This room is located on the 4th Floor and we have no lift so is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Room 11 is a spacious sea view, family room with small en-suite shower and toilet. There is a king size bed and a single day bed. The room can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child and has two windows and stunning views over the beach and bay. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and there is also a fridge and a smart TV and hairdryer. There may be low water pressure at this level.

Room 12 is a large single room with basin and a separate, private bathroom (shower only) which is located across the hallway (2 stairs up to it). The room has a lovely sea view looking out across the beach and Weymouth Bay. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and there is a TV and Wi-Fi in the room.

Please note this room is on the 4th floor and accessed via several flights of stairs and is unsuitable for anyone with mobility difficulties - there is no lift.

Room 16 is a newly refurbished, mini suite with a double bed and possibly the quietest room in the building! Separated from the bedroom area, the seating area comprises a sofa and coffee table so you can relax after a busy day exploring. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and there is also a fridge and a flat screen TV in the room. Please note that this attic room is accessed via several flights of steep stairs and there is therefore unsuitable for anyone with mobility difficulties - there is no lift.
