Room 2 has a double bed with small ensuite shower (65cm) and toilet which overlooks a wall & yard. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and there is a smart TV and Wi-Fi in the room. This room is located on the reception level but there are 2 steps into the corridor and 2 further steps to the room.

Room 3 has twin beds which are not next to each other with small en-suite shower (65cm) and toilet. The room overlooks the rear street. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. There is also a smart TV and hairdryer in the room.

Room 4 has a double bed with a small ensuite - please note there are 2 steps down into the shower and toilet. There is no view from this room as the window overlooks a wall and yard. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and there is also a hairdryer, TV and Wi-Fi in the room.

Room 5 is a spacious family room with basic en-suite shower and toilet which sleeps 2 adults and 1 child with a double bed and day bed. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and there is a fridge and smart TV in the room. The room has large sash windows and overlooks the rear street.

Room 6 is a large room with double bed and a spacious, new en-suite shower and toilet. The room will sleep 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child . Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and there is a hairdryer and flat screen TV in the room. The room is located on the 2nd floor and there are two flight of stairs up to it - there is no lift.

Room 7 is a gorgeous single room with a double bed and balcony offering fabulous views over Weymouth Bay The room benefits has en-suite facilities as well as a desk with tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer and flat screen TV in the room. This room is located on the 2nd floor there are 2 flights of stairs to access it - there is no lift.

Room 8 is a newly refurbished room with large en-suite and balcony, making a spacious room. It has fabulous sea views across Weymouth Bay. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and there is also a fridge and a flat screen TV with FREEVIEW in the room. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift).

Room 10 is a spacious, family room overlooking the rear street that sleeps up to five with en-suite shower and toilet. The room is newly refurbished and there is a double bed, single bed and bunk beds that will accommodate 3 adults and up to 3 children (MAX 5 people). Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and there is also a fridge and a flat screen TV with FREEVIEW in the room. Located on the 4th Floor (no lift).

Room 11 is a spacious sea view, family room with small en-suite shower and toilet. There is a king size bed and day bed. The room can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child and has two windows overlooking the beach and bay. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and there is also a fridge and a flat screen TV and hairdryer. There may be low water pressure at this level.

Room 12 is a large single room with basin and a separate, private bathroom (shower only) which is located across the hallway (2 stairs up to it). The room has a lovely sea view looking out across the beach and Weymouth Bay. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and there is a TV and Wi-Fi in the room.

Please note this room is on the 4th floor and accessed via several flights of stairs and is unsuitable for anyone with mobility difficulties - there is no lift.

Room 16 is an attic family room with en-suite looking out across the roof tops of Weymouth. The room has a double bed and a single bed and can sleep 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults. The single bed is slightly separate from the double and therefore provides extra privacy. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and there is also a fridge and a flat screen TV in the room. Please note that this attic room is accessed via several flights of steep stairs and there is therefore unsuitable for anyone with mobility difficulties - there is no lift.
